Restrictions on Use

This site is owned and operated by BookAnt and contains material which is derived from material supplied by college students about their university, Google AdWords, and Amazon.com. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any material from this site including code and software ("Material"). You may download Material from this site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you notify the webmaster. You must be a college student such that any trade you make will be with another college student.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall BookAnt be liable to you for any damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, compensatory damages, invalid sales, lost profits, lost data or any form of special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages whether based on breach of contract or warranty, tort, product liability or otherwise) that result from the use of, or the inability to use, this site or the Materials. You specifically acknowledge and agree that BookAnt is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user. If you are dissatisfied with any BookAnt material, or with any of the BookAnt terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using BookAnt.

Fees

BookAnt, LLC is a for-profit organization that reserves the right to charge for it services. Users of the site agree to the following fee structure which may be changed at any time without notice: 1) BookAnt users are not charged for transactions in which the user's "seller credits" or "referral credits" have been applied. 2) user agrees to pay $1.00 plus a $.35 processing fee OR 1% of the final bidding price over $100 plus a $.50 processing fee.

Changed Terms

BookAnt reserves the right at its discretion to change or modify these Terms and Conditions or to impose new conditions at any time. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by any lawful means including, without limitation, posting of such changes on this page.

Other

BookAnt is not affiliated with the college institutions that it provides services for. Use of the words such as the university's name does not imply affiliation except to maintain a free service for each institution. You solely are liable for the consequences of using this service. BookAnt is an intermediate service for students to trade books and is not liable for any invalid sales. As a user, your personal contact information is not publicly available except in the event of a completed book trade where both seller and buyer will be notified of each other's personal contact information by email.

Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated by BookAnt, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the site and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement shall survive.
